packa spokes

These are the sizes for the spokes on the rear wheel for your Packa: 
• 12G x139 (Left)
• 12G x 137 (Right)

I’m replacing rear spoke number seven this afternoon. I emailed Priority with some feedback and they stated that their recommended weight limit was 275lbs which puts me close to the limit but not over. They didn’t have any suggestions other than regular spoke tightening. Perhaps they will decide to adopt a heavier-duty wheel assembly at some point given the weight of the Current and the torque of the motor.
Since they all fail at the same place (the head) and didn’t break until about 2000 miles, I presume that they are failing due to overall stress. I can’t imagine taking the bike in to a shop each time as I’m breaking a spoke about once a week these days.
The good news is that if you have the right spokes they can be replaced fairly easily 75% of the time without even removing the wheel or the tire. The diameter/threading is right for the stock nipples which means they don’t have to be replaced which saves the considerable effort of removing the wheel, tube, and tire.

I’m tempted to replace all or multiple spokes at once but I’m not sure if I will be able to true the wheel with all the loose spokes. I’m checking the spoke tensions regularly.
